Heat Trace Engineering has been established for well over 20 years and specialise in the Design, Supply and Installation of Process Heating Systems.

We have undertaken many Projects for most of the Major Companies within the Petrochemical and Process Industries throughout Victoria and Interstate. Heat Trace Engineering offers a full range of Process Heating Products and Services. This includes all Types of Heating Cable for Pipelines, Freeze Protection, Heating Panels and Elements made to specific requirements for Tank and Vessel Heating.

Heat Trace Engineering undertake Installation of all our Process Heating Systems without the use of subcontractors, ensuring the job is completed exactly as designed. Our Knowledge and expertise includes heating of short 10mm lines to large 600mm+‘Longline’ pipelines of up to 5km’s, including internal line heating. We take full responsibility for all aspects of any given project when required.

We are a fully independent company with no specific ties with any particular manufacturer, enabling unbiased project assessment, valuation and design. In other words, we will select the best product for the job from a range of manufacturers.
